What it solves

Operations are decided between seven and nine in the morning: who departs, with whom, in which vehicle and whom to pick up. If that lives in a chat group and a printed sheet, every last-minute change gets told twice and missed once. Viajalo keeps it on one screen that follows the bookings.

How it works

  1. The schedule shows the day's departures with their sold seats, their time and their status.
  2. Each departure has its sheet: passengers, phone numbers, language, pickup points and notes.
  3. You assign supplier, guide and vehicle to the departure, each with its role.
  4. At closing, every supplier has its settlement: what it operated, what is owed and what has been paid, in its current account.

Details that matter

  • Vouchers and documents with the agency's design, per product and per language.
  • Changing a departure's time: bookings move with it and keep their seats.
  • Editing a booking afterwards: customer, passengers, pickup point and dates, with the history of every change.
  • Alerts on the team's phones and assigned tasks, with no app to install.
  • The schedule can be synced with the calendar the team already uses.
  • Reassigning a booking to another buying agency, without cancelling and loading it again.
