What it solves
Enquiries arrive at all hours and almost all of them are the same: how much is it, is there room on Saturday, where's the pickup. Today someone answers them by hand with the spreadsheet open alongside. With Viajalo the assistant answers with real data and a person steps in only when it adds something.
How it works
- The passenger writes to the agency's WhatsApp, as always.
- The assistant answers from the catalogue: price per adult, seats left on that departure, time and meeting point. If the passenger wants to book, it sends the payment link.
- When a person is needed, the assistant flags it in the inbox and anyone on the team takes the conversation. Nobody steps on anyone: the assignment is visible.
- The conversation stays in the CRM, linked to its lead, with stage, tasks and follow-ups.
Details that matter
- The inbox shows open conversations, assigned ones and those waiting for a reply.
- Voice notes and photos sent by the passenger can be played and seen from the inbox.
- Templates for notices (pickup, reminder, time change) go out from the booking itself.
