What it solves

The price of an excursion is almost never a single number. It changes by passenger category, by season, by departure time, by group size and by who is buying. On a spreadsheet that ends as parallel files where nobody knows which one is current. Viajalo keeps it in one place, with the rules written once.

How it works

  1. You load the product — excursion, transfer, accommodation, package or service — with its currency, its duration and what it includes.
  2. You define the rates: per passenger category (adult, child, senior, whichever you use), per rate level and per season, with the next twelve months in view.
  3. You configure the trade rules: minimum billable seats, night surcharge, private or shared departure, and whether the charge goes per person, per vehicle or per group.
  4. You choose where it sells: your website, WhatsApp and the agency network, product by product. What you do not enable is not offered.

Details that matter

  • Cancellation policy per product, with the agency's general policy as a fallback.
  • Meeting and pickup points, with the address the passenger sees and the one the driver sees.
  • Components of each experience: transfer, guide, lunch, entrance fees. They build the price and they show the cost.
  • Bulk price updates and a twelve-month projection, to close rate sheets ahead of time.
  • One product in several currencies, with nothing converted: each currency with its own loaded price.
