What it solves
Payment is where a sale falls apart: the link sent outside the system, the receipt left in a chat, the transfer nobody found. Viajalo puts the payment inside the booking, so the state of the payment and the state of the booking are the same fact.
How it works
- You send the payment link from the booking or from the quote, in the currency of the operation.
- The passenger pays by card, with the local payment method of their country or by bank transfer.
- The booking updates itself when the payment lands, and the passenger receives the voucher.
- At the end of the day each payment is posted to the cash box or bank account it belongs to, ready to reconcile.
Details that matter
- Several payment methods per agency, enabled one by one.
- Partial payments, deposits with a due date, and receivables with their ageing.
- Current accounts for customers who buy on account and for the agencies in the network.
- Cash and bank accounts with their movements, plus manual entries when something has to be recorded by hand.
- Commissions per sale and per salesperson.
- Documents with their own numbering, credit notes and a sales ledger, ready for electronic invoicing, with the manual fallback always available if the tax service goes down.
