Everyone on the team signs into Viajalo with their own user and sees what belongs to them: a front-desk agent does not need profitability and a guide does not need the cash box. Every change is audited with its author and its previous value, the in-system assistant explains how to do each thing and opens the right screen, and the API lets you connect the agency's website or the tool it already uses.

## What it solves

A system used by eight people needs each of them to see their own part, needs it to be known who changed what, and needs the person who started yesterday to solve their first doubt on their own. That is what makes a system stick instead of being abandoned two months in.
