In Viajalo a quote is a web page of the agency's own, with photos, a map and a day-by-day itinerary, the total in the client's currency and a button to accept it. It goes out as a WhatsApp or email link, expires on the date the agency chooses and, once accepted, becomes a booking with its capacity already subtracted.

## What it solves

A quote built in Word, exported to PDF and sent over WhatsApp dies there: nobody knows whether it was opened, compared or accepted. With Viajalo the quote is a page: it looks right on a phone, it's accepted with one tap, and it's on the record.

## How it works

1. **You pick the products** from the catalogue, the dates and the number of passengers. The total is calculated with real prices, taxes included.
2. **You publish the page**: photos of each excursion, map, day-by-day itinerary, what's included and what isn't, cancellation terms.
3. **You send the link** (WhatsApp, email, wherever). You set how long it's valid.
4. **The client accepts** from that same page. The booking is created on its own, with its capacity and its payment link.

Yes. Every quote downloads as a PDF and as an editable Word file, with the agency's branding. The web page is the version that converts best, but the PDF is still there.

### Can I quote in another currency?

Yes, as long as every product in the quote has a price in that currency. Viajalo does not invent exchange rates: it re-prices product by product.

### What happens when the client accepts?

The quote becomes a booking, subtracts capacity from each departure and generates the payment link. The agency is notified right away.
