In Viajalo every payment stays attached to its booking: you send a payment link, the passenger pays by card or with the usual method of their country, and the booking changes state on its own. Transfers are uploaded with their receipt, the system reviews the file, and the confirmation is made by someone at the agency. Everything is reconciled per currency, never mixing the numbers.

## What it solves

Payment is where a sale falls apart: the link sent outside the system, the receipt left in a chat, the transfer nobody found. Viajalo puts the payment inside the booking, so the state of the payment and the state of the booking are the same fact.

## How it works

1. **You send the payment link** from the booking or from the quote, in the currency of the operation.
2. **The passenger pays** by card, with the local payment method of their country or by bank transfer.
3. **The booking updates itself** when the payment lands, and the passenger receives the voucher.
4. **At the end of the day** each payment is posted to the cash box or bank account it belongs to, ready to reconcile.

### And if the passenger sends a bank transfer?

You upload the receipt to the booking. Viajalo reviews the file and flags what does not add up, but confirming the payment is always done by a person at the agency.

### Does it mix currencies?

Never. Every balance, every cash box and every total is kept per currency, separately. Where no exchange rate is loaded, Viajalo does not invent one.
