Viajalo builds the agency's day: the schedule of departures, the sheet with each one's passengers, the pickup points and the supplier, guide and vehicle assigned. Every supplier has its record, its current account and its settlements, and a single booking can be split across several suppliers without stopping being one booking.

## What it solves

Operations are decided between seven and nine in the morning: who departs, with whom, in which vehicle and whom to pick up. If that lives in a chat group and a printed sheet, every last-minute change gets told twice and missed once. Viajalo keeps it on one screen that follows the bookings.

## How it works

1. **The schedule shows the day's departures** with their sold seats, their time and their status.
2. **Each departure has its sheet**: passengers, phone numbers, language, pickup points and notes.
3. **You assign supplier, guide and vehicle** to the departure, each with its role.
4. **At closing, every supplier has its settlement**: what it operated, what is owed and what has been paid, in its current account.

## Preguntas frecuentes

### Can I assign more than one supplier to the same booking?

Yes. Each line of the booking can carry its own supplier: the excursion with one, the transfer with another. Each one sees its part and is paid for its part.

### What happens to a supplier I stop working with?

It gets archived instead of deleted. It no longer shows up to assign, and old bookings and settlements keep their history.

### Can the day sheet be printed or sent?

Yes. It comes out as a PDF with passengers, phone numbers, pickup points and the notes of each booking, ready to send to the guide or the supplier.

### Do bookings that arrive by email have to be typed in by hand?

Not necessarily. If a booking arrives as a photo, a PDF or a document, Viajalo reads it, finds the matching excursion and leaves it drafted for you to review before confirming.
