Viajalo runs the bookings of an inbound travel agency with capacity per departure. Every excursion, transfer or service has its seats sold and available; if you move a departure to another time, the bookings move with it and no seat is lost. The day schedule and the driver sheet come out on their own.

## What it solves

An inbound agency sells seats on specific departures: Tronador on Saturday at 8, the Isla Victoria catamaran on Sunday at 9:30. The spreadsheet doesn't know how many are left, and WhatsApp knows even less. Viajalo does: every departure has its capacity, every booking takes from the right one, and everything you sell (on the site, over WhatsApp, at the counter or from another agency) hits the same number.

## How it works

1. **You load the product once**: excursion, transfer, car, accommodation, package or service, with its currency, its public price and its network price.
2. **You define the departures and their capacity**: by day and time, with the capacity of the vehicle or the supplier. You can open recurring or one-off departures.
3. **Bookings subtract on their own**: whether they come from the site, the WhatsApp assistant, an accepted quote or an agency in the network. Each booking carries its passengers, its pickup and its payment status.
4. **The operation comes out ready**: the day schedule, the driver sheet per supplier and pickups by hotel, ready to export.

## What a spreadsheet doesn't do

- Stop the sale when capacity runs out, across every channel at once.
- Move bookings to another time without losing capacity or calling anyone.
- Scan the passenger's voucher at boarding and mark the check-in.
- Tell you, before departure, how many passengers still have to pay.

### What happens when a departure sells out?

The website and the WhatsApp assistant stop selling that departure right away. If you open a second time slot or add a vehicle, the new capacity is published on its own.

### Can I change the time of a departure that already has bookings?

Yes. You change the time and the bookings move with the departure, capacity intact. If you want to tell the passengers, the WhatsApp notice goes out with one tap.

### How do I see the day's operation?

In the schedule (by hour, with supplier, pickup and status), in the driver sheet per supplier (vehicle, passengers, pickup points) and in the pickups-by-hotel view. All three export to PDF.
