Viajalo's B2B network lets an agency sell its catalogue to other agencies. Each buyer comes in by invitation, sees the products at its own rate level and in its own currency, books on its own, and every sale is recorded on its current account, with a credit limit that stops the booking when it's reached.

## What it solves

Selling to other agencies today means emailing rate sheets, taking bookings over WhatsApp and tracking the debt in a spreadsheet. Viajalo turns that into one more channel of the catalogue: the buying agency books on its own, at its price, and the debt keeps itself.

## How it works

1. **You invite the buying agency** with a link. You assign it a rate level, a currency and a credit limit.
2. **It enters your catalogue** and books like any client, but at its network price and without paying on the spot.
3. **Every booking is posted to its current account**: debit, credit and balance, in the currency of each transaction.
4. **You collect when it's due**: online payment, bank transfer or offsetting. The credit limit stops new bookings if the debt reaches the ceiling.

## Details that matter

- The buying agency has its own voucher, with its own branding.
- Rescheduling and cancellations follow the policy the seller defined.
- If a booking changes buying agency, the current account is reassigned without cancelling and recreating anything.
- Mirror supplier accounts: what the agency owes, not only what it is owed.

## Preguntas frecuentes

### Does the buying agency need to have Viajalo?

No. It comes in through an invitation link and works with its own user inside the selling agency's catalogue. If it also uses Viajalo, both accounts stay connected.

### How does the network price work?

Every product has a public price and a network price; on top of that, prices can be agreed per agency. The buyer only ever sees the price that applies to it.

### What happens when an agency hits its credit limit?

The booking is stopped at the door. The seller can raise the limit, record a payment, or let the buyer pay online.
